Bus #17-9 – Mrs. Reynolds Slot #23 will not be able to run her route for the entire week. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- Bus #12-7 – Mr. Jason Eaton Slot #26 will not be able to run his route for at least through Friday, Nov. 13. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- Bus #20 – 5 – Mrs. Schindler’s Slot #1 is now back and running! Parents were notified last night.
- Online book fair is open! Shop now for the holidays! Proceeds go to help buy books for kids, things in the library, and grants for teachers and staff. Thank you! (thru Nov. 22)
- Campus Life begins again at HHMS this week. 7/8th Graders will meet on Tuesdays and 5/6th graders will meet on Fridays. Both clubs will meet after school until 4:45pm in Room C130. Campus Life is a positive place where students can have fun with friends, talk about relevant issues, and be heard without judgment. It’s a place where you will be challenged to make good decisions and lead in a positive way here at HHMS.

- Wednesday – Virtual for ALL students (with revised schedule) for Nov. 11, Nov. 18, Dec. 9; (*Note: Dec. 2, Dec. 16 are traditional days for 5th/6th Grade but 7th/8th will be Virtual using the regular schedule)
- Thursday (Green Day) – 5th/6th Grade are Present & 7th/8th Gr with Last Name A-K are Present at school; Only 7th/8th with Last Name L-Z is virtual
- Friday (Gold Day) – 5th/6th Grade are Present & 7th/8th Gr with Last Name L-Z are Present at school (Only 7th/8th with Last Name A-K is virtual)
- Attention all wrestlers: Open mats start Tuesday Nov 10th from 4-6pm at Galena’s Gym. Wrestlers at school need to meet by front doors for the shuttle bus. All virtual learners need to be at Galena at 4pm. See Jags Wrestling facebook page for more information.
- ATTENTION FOOTBALL PLAYERS – The 2020 Football Season Celebration will be Friday, Nov. 13 after school until 5:30pm. This is limited to PLAYERS ONLY. Bring workout clothes and tennis shoes to play games in the gym! For questions, See Coach Howard.
- Congratulations to our HHMS 5th grade Girls Basketball Team for opening the season with a 38-7 victory over Silver Creek last night. The Lady Jaguars were led in scoring by Macy Sorg with 14 points and Lyla Jenks with 8 points. The Jags put out the Dragons’ fire early and never looked back. Way to go girls on a great start to the season!

- The United States Marine Corps is asking for your help; Please donate a new unwrapped toy for their Christmas toy drive and place the toy in the box in front of Officer Spurgeon’s office.
- For Technology Issues: Option 1 – The repair request for the Chromebook for students has been added to Classlink. It is titled HHMS Chromebook Repair Request. So when students have an issue they can fill out the repair request themselves and send it in.
