Highland Hills Middle School Afternoon Announcement for Tuesday, January 4 2022

Happy New Year to All!

There is an accident/poles across the road at the Heartland church on Old Vincennes Road. Cars can go on Edwardsville-Galena Road both ways.  If you need to use Old Vincennes, you may only go up the hill passed FCHS towards Highland Pointe.  The other direction is closed at this time.  We do NOT know when it will reopen.

The lost ‘n found will be boxed up this Friday.  Please check it out to see if anything belongs to you.

Covid Updates Below (4 slides):

Clarification: We were previously allowing students to come out of quarantine early if they were at least 2 weeks post 1st dose.  THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE.  If a student is fully vaccinated (both doses of the vaccine AND booster if age appropriate and at least 6 months after initial shots) they do not need to quarantine as long as they stay asymptomatic.  If the student is unvaccinated or only partially vaccinated (only 1 shot or has not had a booster yet and is eligible) they will need to quarantine for 5 days and may return on day 6.
