  • If students bring lunch money into school, they should have it in an envelope with their name and lunch pin #.   Envelopes can be dropped in three locations where there are black boxes on the wall: outside the office, in the cafeteria, and in the car rider hallway.   For health/safety and to keep the lines moving quickly, students should NOT bring money through the lunch line.

We still have 691 families that have not completed this required documentation.  Please save Mrs. Ivey from making 691 phone calls! If we still needed yours, this was emailed out last night to you.  Thank you for helping us out.

HHMS Parents,

If you are receiving this message, we are still in need of this documentation for your household for your HHMS student:

This is a new requirement by the IDOE.

You may send it directly to our Records Clerk, LuAnn Roth @ lroth@nafcs.org

Please send this in immediately.

Thank you,

Mrs. Ivey

Parent/Guardian,

The Indiana Department of Education has sent guidance to all school corporations that in order to claim a student for funding, proof of Indiana residency must be a component of the student’s educational record.  The document provided as verification must contain the student’s current address.  The following documents are listed as acceptable forms for proof of residency.

–        Current utility bill

–        Current telephone bill

–        Bank statement

–        Mortgage/Rental/Lease statement

–        Medical bill

–        Any other like information that provides a verifiable address

We are trying to make this as easy as possible for parents to provide the information.  We have several different ways for parents to do this. Whichever method you choose – please make sure to include your student’s name and school so that it can be directed to the correct place.  If you are sending in for multiple students, please include each student’s name and school.

–        Take a picture or scan the documentation and email to verify@nafcs.org.

–        Mail the documentation to your child’s school.

–        If your child attends school in person, you may send this in with the child.

We appreciate your help in this process – we apologize for the inconvenience.  We received this information from the Indiana Department of Education AFTER our registration process was already complete.  From this point forward, we will complete this during registration.

Please forward this information by October 30.  Thank you so much for your continued support.

Good luck to any of our Jaguars that perform or play this weekend.

Remember to STAY HUMBLE, WORK HARD, and BE KIND!

Thank you for doing the Best of Your Ability!

Have a wonderful weekend!
