  • If you have any transportation-related changes over the winter break please email this information to transportation@nafcs.org.

  • In-person tech support at 2 locations:  Education Support Center (2801 Grant Line Rd, main entrance) and Floyd Central High School (Performing arts entrance) on Monday, January 4, 2021 Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM(by appointment). To make an appointment, please call 812-542-4700 option 1. If you are routed to leave a message, our technicians will call you back (on the 4th) to troubleshoot the issue and then set an in-person appointment if needed.

  • We still have many that have NOT submitted their address verification documentation. This is for ALL families.  Note: please remove any other personal information from the document – all that is needed is the verifiable address. Whichever method you choose – but include your student’s name and school so that it can be directed to the correct place. If you are sending in for multiple students, please include each student’s name and school. Take a picture or scan the documentation and email to verify@nafcs.org. Mail the documentation to your child’s school. If your child attends school in person, you may send this in with the child.

  • Please be aware that the New Albany-Floyd County Schools Technology department has options for students and families to receive technical support while on virtual or E-learning days. Your first choice (preferred) is to use our Incident-IQ Help Desk system. Secondly, you can call in to our support line:  1) Visit https://nafcs.incidentiq.com/ -if prompted, enter your school Google login information 2) By phone: 812-542-4700 option 1, on school days between 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM -if your call goes to voicemail, please leave a message with your name, school  and overview of the issue you are experiencing.  Please do not call your school building directly and ask for tech support. The options above are the best methods to make a request.

Remember to STAY HUMBLE, WORK HARD, and BE KIND!

Thank you for doing the Best of Your Ability!

Have a great afternoon!
