Highland Hills Middle School Afternoon Announcement for Wednesday, January 12, 2022
On December 10, 2021, a tornado hit Western Kentucky, impacting the Bowling Green and Western Kentucky University campus. We will be having a hat day to raise money for the Bowling Green community (next week) on Friday, January 21st. Mrs. Raines and Mrs. Seewer will be out in the hallways before school on Thursday and Friday to sell stickers for $1. You will have to have a sticker to participate.

This year you can make your yearbook extra special by purchasing a student ad! Information can be found at www.yearbookforever.com. The deadline to purchase ads is Saturday!

ZPass Bus ID Cards will be scanned at lunch and when they get on/off the bus each day. This is an extra safety measure that is being put in place.

You can learn about different jobs ranging from computer programming, dentistry, welding to culinary arts! Let Prosser help you navigate your future plans! Take a look at our classrooms and lab spaces during our Open House on Thursday, January 20 from 5:30 – 7 p.m.

The 7th Grade Girls lost a close game to the local Catholic Schools last night to drop their record to 11-2. It was a tough loss, but can be a path to improvement if the right lessons are taken from it.
The 7th grade boy’s basketball team defeated Scribner last night with a score of 45 – 37. The leading scorers were: Nolan Kennedy 15, Landon Reed 8, Max Watson 7, Campbell Turnage 6, Jaxon Stone 4, Luke Jacobi 3, Blake Wisman 2. The team plays Silver Creek at home this evening at 6:00 PM.
Last night your Jags Wrestling Team kicked off their season with a 108-12 win over Scribner. Picking up nice wins on the night were: Naomi Hillard, Barrett Wells, Jamos Amos, Colton Philpot and Will Brown.
